Devika Gulati

Devika Gulati is a Senior Director and the Leader of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners in the Gurugram office.

Devika has more than 14 years of experience advising private equity (PE) firms and corporate acquirers on complex transactions, with expertise in transaction advisory services, including financial due diligence and strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory. She partners with clients to evaluate investment opportunities, identify key value drivers and transaction risks and support informed decision-making across middle market and large-scale transactions. In addition, she has led digital transformation initiatives and leveraged technology-enabled solutions to enhance diligence effectiveness, operational efficiency and the quality of insights delivered to clients.

Prior to Portage Point, Devika spent nearly 13 years with EY-Parthenon, most recently serving as an Associate Director in the Transaction Diligence practice, where she advised PE and corporate clients across the industrials, energy, consumer and technology sectors. Previously, she worked at Colt Technology Services, a global digital infrastructure and telecommunications provider owned by Fidelity Investments, where she focused on financial planning and analysis, forecasting and management reporting across international markets.

Devika holds both a Master of Commerce (MCom) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Delhi. She has also completed the Executive Programme in Leadership and Management (EPLM) at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She is also a Chartered Accountant (CA).
