Dean Gordon

Dean Gordon is a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners based in the Los Angeles office.

Dean brings advisory services experience including M&A and lender due diligence for financial and strategic clients, including acquisitions, financings, carve-outs and divestitures. He has led deals in a variety of industries, including software, telecommunications, consumer products and business services, with a primary focus on middle market transactions ranging from $5 million to $500 million.

Prior to Portage Point, Dean was a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Houlihan Lokey. Previously, Dean was a Senior Consultant in the Lender Services practice at FTI Consulting.

Dean graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Dean is Series 63 and Series 79 certified.
