Cynthia Weber

Cynthia Weber is Vice President in the Valuations Practice at Portage Point Partners, based in the Palm Beach office. Cynthia brings nearly a decade of valuations, financial reporting and tax compliance experience. She advises private equity firms, corporations and financial sponsors across a wide range of industries.  

Prior to Portage Point, Cynthia was a Vice President in Kroll’s Alternative Asset Advisory practice, where she developed and led comprehensive valuation analyses of illiquid investments for portfolio companies across diverse global markets. Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton, where she advised clients on transaction-related valuations such as purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment analyses. Cynthia also has extensive knowledge of financial modeling, giving clients the analytical tools they need to make informed strategic decisions. 

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.
