Christopher Gloria

Chris Gloria currently serves as a Vice President on the Investment Banking team, focusing on capital raises and mergers and acquisitions within the technology industry.

Before joining Portage Point Partners, Chris was an associate at Jefferies in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group, where he advised clients on a wide variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and capital raises.

Prior to investment banking, Chris spent over a decade at the Consolidated Edison Company of New York where he analyzed and completed more than $3 billion of capital projects, advised wholesale energy transactions and developed corporate strategy.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey and holds his FINRA Series 79 and 63 certifications.
