Chelsea McMillan

Chelsea McMillan is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for the Portage Point Partner’s Dallas office.

She has nearly 10 years of experience in finance and oil and gas administrative work.

Prior to joining Portage Point Partners, Chelsea was the Office Manager at High River Resources managing the day-to-day operations while supporting the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in their Dallas office.

Prior to that, Chelsea was with Blackhill Partners, a boutique investment bank and restructuring firm. Chelsea aided in the firm’s growth, supporting three Partners which later led to an acquisition by Stephens. While at Stephens Chelsea continued to support the restructuring team as an Executive Assistant.

Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in University Studies Business from Texas A&M University.
