Blake Reisman
Vice President
Blake Reisman is a Vice President on the Investment Banking team, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital raises within the industrials sector.
Blake has experience advising on strategic acquisitions, sale transactions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, and recapitalizations.
Prior to Portage Point, Blake was a Senior Associate at Leon Capital Group, the single-family office of Fernando De Leon, where he focused on evaluating and executing private equity and private credit investments across business and healthcare services. Earlier in his career, Blake was an Investment Banking Associate at MTS Health Partners, where he provided M&A, capital markets, and financial advisory services across the food services and healthcare industries. Before MTS Health Partners, Blake was an Analyst at Bourne Partners, a pharma, pharma services, and consumer healthcare-focused investment bank.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and was a member of the Investment Banking Club and Kelley Mentor Collective. Blake holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 certifications.
