Ayush Singhi

Ayush Singhi is an Associate in the Investment Banking Practice at Portage Point Partners in the Mumbai office, where he supports the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other strategic transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients. 

Ayush brings experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A execution, financial modeling and valuation. His skill set includes discounted cash flow, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses. He also has experience preparing confidential information memoranda, managing buyer outreach and coordinating due diligence. 

Prior to Portage Point, Ayush was an Analyst III in the Investment Banking Mid Office at J.P. Morgan in Mumbai, where he advised clients across a wide variety of transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and financial sponsor-led sales. He was a core member of deal teams on multiple transactions valued at more than $1 billion, supporting strategic acquirers and global private equity sponsors across the Middle East and Europe. Before J.P. Morgan, Ayush was a Management Trainee at HSBC in Hyderabad, where he improved intercompany financial processes and reporting for the US entities of the bank. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Oracle Cerner in Bangalore. 

Ayush holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and a Master in Management (MIM) from Emlyon Business School in Lyon, France. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Techno Main Salt Lake.
