Asuquo Mfon is a Senior Director at Portage Point Partners in the Performance Improvement practice, based in Dallas. He focuses on delivering operational, strategic and financial expertise to companies aiming for transformative performance improvement.

Asuquo is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with more than 13 years of experience driving large-scale change initiatives in both large-cap and middle market companies. He has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. His industry expertise spans business-to-consumer (B2C) sectors including consumer goods, retail, telecommunications, insurance and healthcare. Functionally, he specializes in procurement, general and administrative (G&A) optimization, organizational restructuring and go-to-market strategies.

Prior to Portage Point, Asuquo was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and leader within the Transformations Practice where he focused on value creation and end-to-end business transformations for corporate and private equity clients. In this role, Asuquo collaborated closely with C-suite executives and functional leaders to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps and execute initiatives to boost profitability and build organizational strength. His track record includes delivering over $10 billion in bottom-line impact across more than 10 transformation programs.

Previously, Asuquo held a position at Goldman Sachs within the Treasury division, where he focused on liquidity, settlement and cash management initiatives.

Asuquo earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas, Austin.
