Art Djavairian

Art Djavairian currently serves as a Managing Director and Head of Performance Improvement at Portage Point Partners where he leads Performance Improvement and Transaction Execution Services. ​

Art is an experienced executive with a proven track record of delivering value to clients through developing pragmatic, result-oriented approaches to challenging business problems and leading sustainability focused implementation efforts. ​

Art’s core area of focus as Portage Point is driving large scale performance transformation programs by rapidly identifying and quantifying high-impact levers through a combination of experience-based hypotheses supported by data-based insights – quickly followed by detailed execution planning, stakeholder alignment and rigorous execution. Throughout his career, Art has applied this tested approach in programs that have created over $10 billion in enterprise value.​

Having spent the first decade of his career in technology, Art is a leader in bringing technology and innovation to the value creation profession and is deeply involved in developing and deploying Portage Point Partners’ technology-led / value-first capabilities. ​

Prior to Portage Point, Art was a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice and a Director at AlixPartners. Art has more than fifteen years of experience focused on designing and delivering large-scale value creation programs for industry and PE clients both in transaction-driven and standalone situations. Additionally, while in industry, he has held leadership roles in IT, finance, strategy and operations.​

Art earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University.​
