Andrew Stevens is a Vice President in the Investment Banking Practice at Portage Point Partners in the firm’s New York office where he provides mergers & acquisitions (M&A) debt capital advisory (DCA) and restructuring services. He has deep expertise in the industrials industry working with private equity and private and public company clients.
Prior to joining Portage Point, Andrew worked at Jefferies for five years in the industrials investment banking group working across M&A, DCA and Restructuring transactions and closed more than $5bn of transaction value. Andrew has also held positions at RSM and PWC in transaction advisory services and audit.
Andrew holds Master of Business Administration from Cornell Johnson and a Bachelor of Arts from Hope College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds FINRA 63 and 79 certifications.
