Amandeep Parmar is a Senior Vice President at Portage Point Partners in the New York office where he provides mergers & acquisitions (M&A) advisory services. He has deep expertise in the industrials sector working with private equity, corporate and privately owned companies.
Amandeep brings extensive experience advising clients in the chemicals, metals and mining, paper and packaging and energy transition sectors. His expertise spans M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory engagements with a strong focus on value creation and cross-sector transaction execution.
Prior to Portage Point, Amandeep spent 11 years at Citigroup, including eight years in investment banking and three years in credit risk management. During his tenure, he specialized in providing advisory and financing solutions to clients across cyclical and industrial sectors, supporting numerous M&A and capital markets transactions.
Amandeep earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. Amandeep holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 certifications.
