Amanda Dotson is a Vice President, Delivery Excellence at Portage Point Partners based in Chicago. She focuses on strengthening delivery capabilities, enhancing operational rigor and building scalable infrastructure. Amanda partners with firm leadership to establish structured operating rhythms, codify best practices and promote consistency from go-to-market through engagement execution, enabling impactful client delivery.
Amanda brings experience spanning business transformation, value creation, post-acquisition integration, operating model design and go-to-market strategy across multiple industries. She has advised senior leaders in complex global organizations on translating strategic priorities into practical systems, governance structures and execution frameworks that drive alignment and measurable impact.
Prior to Portage Point, Amanda spent four years at McKinsey & Company, where she served as an operations consultant, most recently a Professional Development Manager. She previously worked at Deloitte, focusing on large-scale transformation and digital strategy engagements across finance and healthcare sectors.
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
