Alyson McCourt

Alyson McCourt currently serves as a Director of Delivery Excellence where she is responsible for creating, supporting and improving delivery capabilities for engagement teams to enhance speed to impact while maintaining consistent high-quality deliverables across client delivery. Additionally, she has a strong focus on establishing the infrastructure and standard operating procedures on internal operations from go-to-market through post engagement codification to continue to foster growth and scalability at Portage Point Partners.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Alyson spent five years in client delivery at McKinsey & Company, and prior to this at Deloitte Australia in their Finance and Performance Management practice within the Consulting service line. Aly’s experience includes digital systems implementation specializing in Anaplan, operating model design, cost transformation and spend visibility, change management, process optimization, driver-based planning and forecasting particularly for corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources and Legal. She typically performs the translator role between groups (business to technical or across functions to standardize operations) and manages a broad set of stakeholders to deliver impact.

Alyson has a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Information Systems, Finance & Management) from Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.
