Allie Lafontant is the Director of Digital Marketing at Portage Point Partners, where she leads the firm’s digital strategy and owns the marketing technology stack that powers its commercial growth. She is responsible for strengthening web development capabilities, elevating Portage Point’s digital presence and driving an integrated digital marketing and sales enablement strategy that supports business development, brand visibility and market engagement.
Allie brings expertise in digital transformation, CRM and sales enablement, investor lifecycle modernization, operational design and digital experience strategy for private equity (PE) and asset management clients. She is recognized for architecting scalable, technology‑enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance transparency and unlock measurable revenue and cost benefits. Her work increasingly integrates AI-driven automation and analytics to accelerate execution and elevate organizational performance.
Prior to her current role, Allie held leadership positions at PwC, Deloitte and Slalom, where she led enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives for global financial services clients. She is known for translating complex business needs into clear strategic roadmaps and orchestrating cross-functional programs that deliver both immediate operational impact and long-term scalability.
Allie holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from Colorado State University. She is a Certified Product Owner and Scrum Master and maintains an extensive suite of Salesforce certifications, including Data Architect and Integration Architect.
