Alexander Parciak is an Associate at Portage Point Partners in New York where he is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.
Prior to Portage Point, Alex was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Hood and Company, where he provided mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to corporate clients and financial sponsors in the consumer health and wellness sector. During this time, Alex advised on the sale of Navitas, a portfolio company of Encore Consumer Capital, to Laird Superfood, Inc.
Previously, Alex was an Associate in the Transaction and Valuation Opinions group at Berkeley Research Group where he provided transaction opinions and third-party valuations for financial reporting purposes using discounted cash flow, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
Alex graduated from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting. He also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Finance. Alex holds his FINRA Series 63 and 79 certifications.
