Adrian Santacruz is a Senior Associate, Data Analytics at Portage Point Partners in the Dallas office where he leverages data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. He specializes in transforming complex data into actionable insights through the development of automated reporting solutions and advanced data analytics.

Adrian has deep expertise spanning business intelligence, data engineering and analytics automation. He is skilled in data visualization tools, SQL and Python with additional experience in cloud services. His strengths include streamlining workflows, building scalable dashboards and designing data solutions that enhance clarity and impact for executive stakeholders.

Prior to Portage Point, Adrian was a consultant at a global management and technology advisory firm where he advised Fortune 100 companies and asset management clients. He led initiatives to develop executive dashboards, automate reporting processes and implement analytics solutions that saved clients significant time and resources. His background also includes roles at a boutique consulting firm and a Big 4 management consulting firm where he worked across functions including data analytics and risk assurance.

Adrian holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso. He also completed international studies in business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona.
