Adam Pollak

Adam Pollak is Managing Director and Head of Advisory at Portage Point Partners. Adam is responsible for the operational and commercial execution of client solutions across Transaction Advisory, Valuations, Transaction Execution Services, Office of the CFO and Performance Improvement. Adam also leads the development and deployment of proprietary, market leading technologies designed to maximize value and efficiency across client delivery.

Adam has deep experience helping companies and financial sponsors deliver increased profitability through business and operational transformation. He has 30 years of experience developing and managing high-impact programs spanning operational diligence, merger and post-merger integration, carveouts and divestitures, enterprise-wide transformation and turnaround situations across a wide range of industries.

Prior to Portage Point, Adam was the Global Lead Partner for Value Creation and the U.S. Transformation Lead Partner for KPMG Strategy where he led the development and implementation of service line capabilities driving EBITDA and operational improvement across all phases of the M&A lifecycle. Before KPMG, Adam was a Managing Director at AlixPartners where he was responsible for the evolution of the Information Technology and Transformation Services practice.
