Abhishek Shrivastava

Abhishek Shrivastava is a Director in the Performance Improvement Practice at Portage Point Partners in the Gurgaon office. 

Abhishek has more than 15 years of experience across analytics, go-to-market strategy and deal-side value creation, spanning consumer goods, retail and healthcare. He partners with management teams and private equity sponsors to translate data and commercial insight into practical, executable strategies that drive growth and performance improvement. 

Prior to Portage Point, Abhishek was an Associate Director in the Deal Advisory and Strategy practice at KPMG, where he led value creation engagements, partnering with portfolio company management teams on commercial and operational initiatives to accelerate growth and strengthen performance across the deal lifecycle. 

Previously, Abhishek served 5 years at ZS Associates, where he helped build out the firm’s medical devices go-to-market practice in India and worked with multiple Fortune 500 clients in the United States, advising them on commercial strategy and go-to-market execution. He also served as a Senior Manager at Axtria Inc, where he advised pharmaceutical clients on improving sales force effectiveness and targeting multiple brands.

Abhishek holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indian School of Business (ISB) and Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE).
