Portage Point Partners Adds Robert Albergotti as Managing Director to Turnaround & Restructuring Services Practice

Portage Point Partners, a blue chip advisory, consulting, interim management and financial services firm focused on the middle market, is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Albergotti as Managing Director to the Turnaround & Restructuring Services (TRS) practice.

Rob has spent more than two decades serving as Chief Restructuring Officer, interim CFO and lead advisor on complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings – ranging from asset divestitures to debt refinancing and DIP financings. He specializes in business planning, financial reporting, treasury management, Chapter 11 administration and operational improvements, spanning strategic alternative assessments, contingency planning, bankruptcy administration and post-emergence trustee duties across a variety of industries including aviation, retail, manufacturing, energy production and oilfield services.
