Blair Cirafici

Blair Cirafici is the New York Office Manager at Portage Point Partners. She brings more than 19 years of experience supporting investment professionals and overseeing daily office operations.

Before joining Portage Point, Blair was the Office Manager at Centiva Capital, a multi strategy hedge fund, where she managed office operations and led a team of Executive Assistants. She also directed the firm’s employee onboarding and offboarding processes and played a key role in managing various office buildouts and relocations.

Prior to her role at Centiva Capital, Blair was an Associate, Operations at Alternative Investment Management. In her 10 year tenure at the firm, she functioned as the Office Manager, overseeing all administrative operations, and as an Executive Assistant, supporting multiple partners. She also collaborated with the Investor Relations team to onboard new investors.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Quinnipiac University.
