Rishad Karim

Rishad Karim currently serves as an Associate at Portage Point Partners in the New York office. Rishad is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.

Prior to Portage Point, Rishad was an Associate at Waypoint Investors and TN Capital Advisors where he supported the advisory and new investment efforts.

Previously, Rishad was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Restructuring Group at GLC Advisors where he assisted corporate clients and financial sponsors in navigating distressed situations. During this time, Rishad advised on the bankruptcy sale of Stimwave Technologies to Kennedy Lewis.

Rishad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Williams College and holds his FINRA Series 79 certification.
