Luba Popov Laney

Luba Popov Laney is currently a Senior Vice President of Delivery Excellence at Portage Point Partners. Luba leads the development and refinement of delivery capabilities for engagement teams, ensuring high-quality, impactful results for clients. She also focuses on building the internal infrastructure and standard operating procedures that support the firm’s go-to-market strategy, engagement execution and post-engagement codification, to drive sustainable growth and scalability.

With more than twelve years of consulting experience, Luba previously held a client-facing role at Sendero Consulting, a management consulting firm serving large and mid-sized organizations. Her expertise spans transformational enablement, process optimization, organizational and operational model design, digital system implementation and change management across the energy, utilities and healthcare industries. Known for her skill in stakeholder management, she adeptly coordinates between business units, functions and vendors, overseeing risk management, issue resolution and quality assurance. Luba also brings strong project management capabilities, with proficiency in Agile, Scrum and Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies.

Luba holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
