Stephen Golmont

Stephen Golmont currently serves as a Director at Portage Point Partners in the New York office, where he focuses on providing investment banking advisory services.

Stephen provides a broad range of advisory services both out-of-court and in-court restructurings and distressed M&A assignments. In addition, he has experience executing various financing, recapitalizations and exchange transactions across the entire capital structure. Stephen has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, consumer, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail and business services.

Prior to joining Portage Point Partners, Stephen was a Director in Lazard Restructuring and Liability Management group where he spent 11 years. Previously he was an Analyst at Zolfo Cooper, a distressed and turnaround advisory firm.

Stephen graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Classical Studies from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University. Stephen holds Series FINRA 63 and 79 licenses.
