Paresh Khatwani

Paresh Khatwani currently serves as a Director at Portage Point Partners based in the firm’s New York office. As a senior member of the Performance Improvement Practice, he provides strategic, commercial, operational and financial advisory to middle market companies.

Paresh brings significant experience collaborating with private equity investors, boards and management teams to orchestrate and drive strategic transformations through revenue growth, cost optimization, technology enablement and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), realizing bold outcomes such as doubling revenue and more than tripling EBITDA.

Prior to Portage Point, Paresh worked at Simon-Kucher and AlixPartners where he led teams to monetize products, support negotiations, optimize pricing strategies and drive commercial turnarounds. He has deep experience guiding companies in transition by refocusing on profitable customer segments, aligning sales team, improving pricing processes and optimizing operating models for growth. Additionally, he has worked across the entire M&A lifecycle, covering strategy, diligence, synergy and integration planning, sign to close (S2C) support and post-deal value creation planning and capture.

Paresh regularly speaks at industry and business association events and has authored esteemed content and frameworks on pricing and sales excellence. Paresh graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science and from Carnegie Mellon University with a Master of Business Administration.
