Logan Hays

Logan Hays is a Senior Vice President of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners.

Logan has over six years of experience providing advisory services for proposed acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings of consumer product, manufacturing and business services companies in transactions valued at up to $500 million, with a principal focus on middle market transactions.

Prior to Portage Point, Logan was a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. His practice includes M&A diligence advisory for strategic and financial acquirers.

Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Financial Management from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is also Series 63 and Series 79 certified.
