Erin Jones is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer as well as a member of the Board of Directors at Portage Point Partners. Erin plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic execution and organizational growth. As COO, Erin oversees firm-wide operations, ensuring alignment across teams, optimizing performance and enabling scalable growth in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Erin is a key architect of the culture and infrastructure at Portage Point, championing innovation, accountability and cross-functional collaboration. As a board member, Erin contributes to the firm’s long-term vision and governance, helping shape strategic priorities and guide transformational initiatives. In addition to leading operations and driving team member engagement, she supports client engagements across the organizational health and performance spectrum.
Erin’s expertise includes organizational design, strategic planning and execution, KPI development and management, system design and implementation, process design and implementation, compliance, employee experience and change management. Select clients include Allergen, Allstate, Astellas, Cars.com, CME Group, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Grainger, IMC Financial Markets, KPMG, Loyola University Chicago, Lundbeck, RSM and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
Prior to Portage Point, Erin was a Principal at sr4 Partners, an organizational health consultancy where she was responsible for team optimization, client engagement and project management. Erin spent ten years at sr4 developing extensive organizational culture and leadership experience to help organizations operate at their full potential. Erin achieves this by amalgamating principles of learning design, change management, appreciative inquiry and capacity-building to improve individual, team and organizational performance.
Erin earned a master’s degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Geography and Environmental Studies from Northeastern Illinois University. She was awarded the prestigious Stuart S. Bamforth Prize for Excellence while earning her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.
