Dylan Botha

Dylan Botha is a Director of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners. Dylan has over 15 years of professional M&A advisory experience, including stints in South Africa, Australasia and the United States. This experience includes corporate finance, capital raising, valuations, financial due diligence and consulting assignments.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Dylan was a Director in PwC’s Deals practice in Los Angeles. Dylan has advised a wide range of clients, from private equity, listed and multinational corporations, to larger private companies, with a primary focus on middle market transactions up to $500m. His advisory experience also spans a number of sectors, including industrials, consumer products and entertainment & media.

Dylan holds a Business Science Honors degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town and an Honors degree in Accounting from UNISA. He has qualified as chartered accountant, CA(SA) and is a member of SAICA. He is also a charterholder under the CFA® designation and member of the CFA® Institute.
