Eric Trush

Eric Trush currently serves as a Senior Associate and member of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners. His primary responsibilities include financial due diligence, analyzing quality of earnings and working capital, identifying commitments and contingencies and assisting in the implementation of value maximization strategies.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Eric was a Senior Associate in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice. While at KPMG, Eric executed financial due diligence services across the consumer products & retail, transportation & logistics, chemicals and casino / gaming industries. His experience with transactions ranged between corporate clients and financial sponsors, with typical transactions between $20 million to $500 million. Prior to KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, Eric served in KPMG’s audit practice which provided additional experience in financial reporting, technical accounting and the intricacies of business processes and controls.

Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from La Salle University with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
