Vito Brancatella

Vito Brancatella serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners. His primary responsibilities include analyzing quality of earnings, working capital and potential commitments and contingencies on buy- and sell-side transactions.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Vito was a Manager in the M&A Transaction Services practice at Deloitte. While at Deloitte, Vito performed financial due diligence for potential transactions involving financial services companies. He primarily focused on investment management company transactions ranging in deal value from $10 million to $1.5 billion.

Vito graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
