Payton Fanning

Payton Fanning currently serves as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dallas office where he is responsible for conducting financial due diligence, analyzing quality of earnings and net working capital, developing data analytics solutions and implementing value maximization strategies.

Prior to Portage Point, Payton was an Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, Payton served clients in the energy, financial services and waste sectors. He was also member of the US-West Innovation Group where he developed and delivered data-driven solutions to teams across a variety of industries and geographies.

At Portage Point Partners, Payton has leveraged data analytics to execute and enhance engagements including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, operational due diligence, restructuring, integration management and inventory management, among others.

Payton graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Financial Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Payton is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
