Jason Seigel

Jason Seigel currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Portage Point Partners where he is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies. His experience includes serving clients in retail, business services, renewable energy, life sciences, technology and media. He has provided services to clients and their stakeholders in both in-court and out-of-court situations.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Jason was a Vice President in the Turnaround and Restructuring services group at AlixPartners where was a financial advisor to companies and creditors. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at CFGI providing financial advisory and OCFO services. He also held associate roles at Jefferies and PwC.

Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business and undergraduate degrees in Finance, Accounting and Music from Rutgers University. Jason is a Certified Public Accountant and has completed the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) examinations.
