Tejas Nair

Tejas Nair is a Senior Associate on the Cross-Functional Team at Portage Point Partners based in the New York office. At Portage Point, Tejas partners with private equity (PE) sponsors, management teams and other key stakeholders on engagements spanning the business and investment lifecycle. 

Tejas brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) execution, strategy, due diligence and portfolio company management. Throughout his career, Tejas has evaluated and executed investments, led financial and operational due diligence, built detailed financial models and worked closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and implement value creation initiatives. 

Prior to Portage Point, Tejas was an Associate on the Investment Team at Windjammer Capital Investors, a middle market PE firm. Previously, Tejas was an Associate on the Investment Team at Turnspire Capital Partners, a lower middle market PE firm. Tejas began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Diversified Industries Coverage Group at J.P. Morgan. 

Tejas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Hofstra University.
