Tom DiEnno is a Managing Director at Portage Point within Transaction Advisory Services, providing financial due diligence and other M&A and strategy advisory services. He is based in Philadelphia and has over 20 years of Big 4 public accounting experience.  The first five years of his career were in audit at PwC and then specializing in M&A advisory since 2007 as part of KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.  Tom has executed over 300 due diligence engagements for financial sponsors and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border deals ranging in value from $20 million to $10 billion, with extensive experience advising buyers and sellers in evaluating deal considerations and optimizing transactions.  

Tom’s audit background provided experience with financial reporting, technical accounting, and understanding the intricacies of business processes and controls via the implementation and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.  He has over a decade of experience leading deal teams across multiple service lines, working with other advisors through the processes, and advising clients throughout the deal cycle.

Tom has a B.S. in Accounting from Gwynedd Mercy University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
