Rebecca Sinha

Rebecca Sinha is a Senior Associate at Portage Point Partners based in New York. She is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies. 

Prior to Portage Point, Rebecca was an Associate at Piney Lake Capital Management in the Private Credit and Private Equity (PE) practice, where she was responsible for evaluating and analyzing prospective investment opportunities, performing due diligence on new investments, and providing operational support to portfolio companies. 

Previously, Rebecca was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Restructuring Group at Moelis. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC in the Sponsors Group, providing advisory and execution services and supporting capital raise transactions. 

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Policy & Management and Economics from Georgetown University.
