Noah Bream

Noah Bream is a Vice President in the Valuations Practice at Portage Point Partners in the New York office. Noah has experience providing financial advisory and valuation services for a broad array of securities and capital structures, helping clients understand and quantify the risks associated with their transactions across the investment life cycle. 

Noah specializes in the valuation of complex financial instruments, including illiquid investments, derivatives and contingent assets and liabilities for financial reporting, tax and strategic planning purposes. Noah has developed tailored valuation solutions for clients ranging from startups and private equity portfolio companies to Fortune 500 companies, across a range of sectors including healthcare and life sciences, financial institutions, energy, technology and consumer products. 

Prior to Portage Point, Noah was a Director in the Quantitative Finance & Economics practice at EY-Parthenon. 

Noah holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematical Economics from Bucknell University.
