Jason Podolsky

Jason Podolsky is a Vice President at Portage Point Partners based in the New York office. Jason is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies. 

Prior to Portage Point, Jason was a Vice President at Bruin Capital, a middle market private equity firm. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and analyzing new investment opportunities as well as monitoring portfolio companies in the sports, media and entertainment industry. Jason also supported add-on acquisitions, contributed to the firm’s capital raising efforts and collaborated closely with management teams to analyze growth opportunities and formulate value creation plans.  

Previously, Jason was an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he advised companies across various industries on mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts.  

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and was a member of the Investment Banking Workshop.
