Steve is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur and investor. His experience spans a variety of functional areas and industries including media, technology, healthcare, education, financial services, retail, manufacturing and energy in both the United States and abroad.  He has held leadership roles in marketing, sales and corporate strategy with large global brands such as The Walt Disney Company (Disney), LivingSocial and Restaurant Brands International (RBI)

At RBI (NYSE: QSR), Steve served as the Global Head of Digital Marketing for the Fortune 500 company with $30 billion of system sales and 24,000 locations in over 100 countries

At Disney (NYSE: DIS), Steve was a member of a 12 person Corporate Strategy team that provided advice to the CEO and CFO on major strategic decisions across multiple business units including ABC Network, ESPN, Theme Parks, Disney’s Film Studio, Consumer Products and Digital

At LivingSocial, a digital marketing platform with a $1 billion+ valuation, Steve led the National Sales team focused on large brands such as Visa, Toyota, Nordstrom, Target and American Express

Steve also founded three successful, profitable companies including an early-to-market digital lead generation business with over 60 employees and a digital media platform and conference that was sold in 2015

Steve has investing experience at ABRY Partners, a $12 billion private equity fund, and has served on multiple Boards of Directors.  Steve began his career in investment banking as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst with Salomon Brothers

Steve is a published author with articles in Entrepreneur Magazine, CEO.com, Corp! Magazine, CEO WORLD, Eyes On Sales and a business case used to teach globalization at Harvard

Most recently Steve served as the Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Digital for a Portage Point client where he rebuilt the sports nutrition retailers’ marketing team, led the creation of a new eCommerce business and profitably drove foot traffic into retail locations
